In the last week of January, SHIB was among the top 3 most traded assets on eToro, securing second position, just below BTC. This indicates the high interest in Shiba Inu among eToro customers in the past few weeks.
eToro US listed SHIB in July 2021 as SHIBxM (SHIB in units of one million) after months of engaging the SHIBArmy and teasing the move. Shiba Inu has become the platform’s fourth most popular crypto asset as of press time. Moreover, to show its support for the SHIB community, eToro featured a snippet of a Shiba Inu in its Big Game Ad last year, bringing the asset more exposure.
Calls for BONE and SHIB Listing Amid Surging Interest

The community has persistently pushed for the platform to list the rest of the Shiba Inu ecosystem tokens: Bone ShibaSwap (BONE) and Doge Killer (LEASH). Amid a series of teasers from eToro early last year, SHIB proponents intensified these calls to see the assets listed.
The calls have spilled into this year. The community hopes that the rapidly surging interest in Shiba Inu will trigger a favorable decision from the eToro team as other platforms have begun listing the assets. This surging interest has been fueled by the excitement around Shibarium, evidenced in SHIB’s recent dominance of the top traded assets list on the platform.
As this interest grows, SHIB also recently overtook Wrapped ETH (WETH) to become the most traded token among the top 1,000 ETH whales. Meanwhile, the asset is on the path to recovering the losses of the past few days, as it has gained by 2% in the past 24 hours, changing hands at $0.00001261. At this rate, SHIB has been the biggest gainer among the top 20 assets in the past 24 hours.
